How We Work
We build tools that shape real-world decisions — that responsibility drives how we run the company.
40% of our team is fully remote. We have async-first culture, but invest in quarterly in-person sprints in Perth and KL where it counts.
Every team member gets an annual learning allowance for conferences, courses, and professional development — no manager approval required.
Every engineer and scientist can see how their work maps to real outcomes — a farmer's livelihood, a border analyst's decision, a carbon credit verified. We keep the mission visible.
We hire people we trust and give them space to move fast. Decisions are pushed to the lowest appropriate level — minimal committees, maximum ownership.
Want to Join This Team?
We have open roles in satellite engineering, machine learning, geospatial science, and customer success. If you're excited about applying AI to the hardest observability problems on Earth, we want to hear from you.
